Members and degrees
Member register with status, category, offices and every degree with its date: Initiated, Passed, Raised and the equivalents of the other orders.
Meetings, summons, minutes
Agenda, summons as print or e-mail with notice warning, attendance, minutes with approval and lock, resolutions and tasks register.
Seekers and cases
From first contact to admission: contact history, document checklist, admission, affiliation, resignation with checklists following the handbook.
Returns to the Grand Lodge
Annual Return, Installation Return, Roll Book and the annual dues statement of the Grand Lodge Alpina straight from the register.
Finance and invoices
Income, expenditure, balances, test fee invoices with bank details by e-mail, Statement of Funds for the annual accounts.
Documents, Historybook, Past Masters
Encrypted document store in ten folders, Historybook with photos for the brethren to come, roll of honour of all Past Masters.
Mailings and channels
Birthday greetings in the name of the lodge, sending summons and minutes, distribution via WhatsApp, Signal and the lodge’s groups.
Degree register and Global Masons
Each brother’s personal masonic career with diploma verification and jewels, reported on request to the Global Masons register.
Security and discretion
Stored encrypted
Contact data, minutes, documents and photos are encrypted field by field with AES-256-GCM in the database. The key never sits next to the data.
Only the lodge sees its data
Every body is strictly separated. Even the platform operator sees no members, minutes or finances; he only provisions and assigns secretaries.
Appointment per election minutes
Access is granted only to those appointed as secretary per the election minutes. Every assignment and every change is in the audit log.
Strong sign-in
Long passwords, second factor via authenticator app, lockout after failed attempts, short sessions.
Own address and own logo
Every lodge has its own address such as no8.masonicspirit.com with its own crest on the sign-in page.
No corporation behind it
Run by brethren for brethren on their own server, no sharing with third parties, no advertising, no tracking.
The portal for every brother
Read only what is yours
Every brother registers with the e-mail address from the register. His lodge secretary, not the operator, activates the access and can revoke it.
Meetings and replies
Upcoming meetings with agenda, accept or apologise by button or via the link in the summons e-mail, calendar feed for the phone.
Your membership
Status, degrees with jewels, offices, test fee and invoices with bank details, approved minutes, shared documents, Historybook and Past Masters.
Messages
Group chat of the lodge, direct messages among brethren and a direct line to the secretary, encrypted with the lodge key and without detours via foreign services.
As an app on the phone
Install straight from the browser without an app store: own icon, full screen, and notifications for new messages, summons and reminders.
Files in the chat
Share photos and documents right in the group chat or a direct message, encrypted like everything else.
For Grand Lodges
One platform, two levels
Grand Lodges, Grand Chapters and Supreme Councils manage their districts, affiliated lodges and grand officers in the same system, with their own key and their own data sovereignty.
Returns without paper
Lodges submit the Annual Return and Installation Return at the push of a button, encrypted with the Grand Lodge key. The Grand Lodge reviews, accepts or returns it; the lodge sees the status.
Statistics and per-capita
Membership per district and year from the returns received, per-capita statement per lodge as a printable sheet. The Grand Lodge sees only what was submitted to it, never the whole register.
Five languages
German, English, French, Spanish and Dutch. The technical terms stay in the English original, as they appear in the rituals.
Getting started
- Create an account and state your lodge, Grand Lodge and office.
- The superadmin sets up the body and appoints you as secretary per the election minutes.
- Record members, enter offices, off you go.
